OIL

The diathermic oil heaters / boilers with burner are used for thermoregulating pasteurizers (food sector), injection moulds (plastic, aluminium, etc...), extruders, heated press platens, hot rolling systems, cylinders for textile calenders, tanks and many other applications. Powered with natural gas, LPG, Diesel and Naphtha, these heaters are suitable for design temperatures up to 450°C and powers up to 5000 kW. The boilers are equipped with an expansion tank, circulation pump dimensioned ad hoc, power management cabinet, control panel and certified control and safety systems. The boiler is supplied in a compact mono-bloc version, with a palletised support and the possibility of lifting using eyebolts. Diathermic oil heating unit using mixing unit that uses a hot primary fluid, coming from a distribution line already present in the company, to heat and thermoregulate the secondary fluid to the utilities. This equipment is used to thermoregulate pasteurizers (food sector), injection moulds (plastic, aluminium, etc...), extruders, heated press platens, hot rolling systems, cylinders for textile calenders, tanks, baths and many other applications. Heaters electronically managed using a micro-processor system with 4-20 mA control, equipped with a secondary circuit circulation pump dimensioned ad hoc, power panel, control panel, fluid mixing unit at high efficiency and certified control and safety systems. Available in versions for design temperatures up to 450°C and for powers up to 2000 kW. The bivalent systems are used to thermoregulate pasteurizers (food sector), injection moulds (plastic, aluminium, etc.), extruders, heated press platens, hot rolling systems, cylinders for textile calenders, tanks, baths and many other applications. The double power supply of this system allows the end user to have vast flexibility of use. A RECUPERO

Diathermic oil thermoregulation unit using fume recovery at high temperature and capacity, deriving from combustion of natural gas, LPG, naphtha and diesel; designed for thermoregulation of pasteurizers (food sector), injection moulds (plastic, aluminium, etc.), extruders, heated press platens, hot rolling systems, cylinders for textile calenders, tanks, baths and many other applications.  Indirect or bivalent recovery system based on the resources available: it may, in fact, be combined with classic heating with a burner or resistor, to integrate the heating power in the event of large variations in the flow rate of the combustion fumes. Particularly indicated to reduce energy waste and production costs in total compliance with the environment, considerably reducing the temperature of the fume exhaust. Equipment available in versions for design temperatures up to 450°C and for powers up to 4500 kW.
