RECOVERY
Saturated steam production unit via heat recovery heat exchanger.
Indirect or dual-use heat recovery system depending on available resources: it can be combined with traditional burner or resistance heating to supplement heating power in the event of large fluctuations in combustion fume flow rate, maximizing process thermoregulation performance.
Particularly suitable for reducing energy waste and production costs while respecting the environment, significantly reducing flue gas outlet temperatures.
The units are supplied in transportable monoblock versions, equipped with auxiliary heating elements (if required to support the process), a steam generation exchanger, a charging pump, a power panel, control and power management panels, and monitoring and safety systems. Equipment available in horizontal or vertical versions with power outputs up to 900 kW and a pressure of 24 bar.
