Mixing heating and thermoregulation units are designed to harness the thermal potential of an existing thermal oil distribution line to regulate the temperature of the outlets of one or more machines simultaneously. Designed for temperatures up to 450°C and power outputs up to 2 MW, these units allow for automatic thermoregulation of different users by leveraging an existing heat source.
Customizable to meet the user's needs, they are available in convenient, certified monoblock versions, electronically controlled via a microprocessor system with 4-20 mA control, and equipped with a specially sized secondary circuit circulation pump, power management panel, high-efficiency fluid mixing unit, control panel, and integrated control systems. They can be installed directly in the field near the end-user machines.
