Water temperature control unit using high-temperature, high-flow flue gas recovery from the combustion of natural gas, LPG, naphtha, and diesel fuel.
Indirect or dual-fuel recovery system depending on available resources: it can be combined with traditional burner or resistance heating to supplement heating power in the event of significant flue gas flow variations.
Particularly suitable for reducing energy waste and production costs while respecting the environment, significantly reducing flue gas outlet temperatures.
The units are supplied in transportable monoblock versions, equipped with auxiliary heating elements (if required to support the process), a steam generation exchanger, circulation pump, power panel, control and power management panel, automatic air loading and venting systems, and control and safety features.
Equipment available in versions for design temperatures up to 200°C and for power outputs up to 4.5 MW.
