STEAM

Steam generators with burner are used for thermoregulating pasteurizers (food sector), injection moulds (plastic, aluminium, etc...), extruders, heated press platens, hot rolling systems, cylinders for textile calenders, tanks and many other applications. Powered with natural gas, LPG, Diesel and Naphtha, these generators are suitable for design pressures up to 24 bar and powers up to 3500 kW. The units are equipped with a loading pump, heating elements, power management cabinet, control panel and certified control and safety systems. The equipment is supplied in a compact mono-bloc version, with a palletised support and the possibility of lifting using eyebolts.

Also available in the version with cooling system on board (if requested). System installable in a production environment near the user machine, also with big thermal power. Heaters managed electronically using a micro-processor system, equipped with electrical heating elements, loading pump, power panel, control panel, control and safety systems. Available in versions for design pressure up to 24 bar and for powers up to 3000 kW. The equipment is supplied in a portable mono-bloc version, with a palletised support and the possibility of lifting using eyebolts.

These steam generators combine in the same structure both the primary fluid heating part (burner or electrical) and the steam production using the indirect circuit. Systems used to control the temperature of the pasteurizers (food sector), injection moulds (plastic, aluminium, etc...), extruders, heated press platens, hot rolling systems, cylinders for textile calenders, tanks, baths and many other applications.

 

 

Generators electronically managed using a micro-processor system with 4-20 mA control, equipped with a loading and circulation pump, heating elements, expansion tank, power panel, control panel, exchangers at high efficiency and certified control and safety systems. Available in versions for design pressure up to 24 bar and for powers up to 2000 kW. The equipment is supplied in a compact mono-bloc version, with a palletised support and the possibility of lifting using eyebolts.

A RECUPERO

Steam production unit using fume recovery at high temperature and flow rate, deriving from combustion of natural gas, LPG, naphtha and diesel; designed for thermoregulation of tanks, baths and many other applications. Indirect or bivalent recovery system based on the resources available: it may, in fact, be combined with classic heating with a burner or resistor, to integrate the heating power in the event of large variations in the flow rate of the combustion fumes. Particularly indicated to reduce energy waste and production costs in total compliance with the environment, considerably reducing the temperature of the fume exhaust. Equipment available in versions for design pressure up to 24 bar and for powers up to 900 kW.

INDIRETTI

Saturated steam production unit using heat exchanger, using an existing primary fluid. Used for thermoregulation of injection moulds, extruders, press platens, rolling mill cylinders, cylinders for textile calenders, heated tunnels, autoclaves, tanks, baths and many other applications. Also available in the version with cooling system on board (if requested). System installable in a production environment near the user machine, also with big thermal power. Heaters managed electronically using a micro-processor system with control 4-20 mA, equipped with a water loading pump, power panel, control panel, control and safety tools.
