These water coolers regulate temperature by heat exchangers. They use a cold primary fluid (from an already available pipeline) that goes through a heat exchanger to heat and control a secondary one (so various fluids can be operated). These units are designed to control environmental temperature through the cooling battery (foods and drinks), injection molding (plastic, aluminum, etc...), extrusion systems, hot press plates, rolling mill cylinders (steel, textile, plastic etc...), textile calenders, tanks, baths and many other applications. The temperature regulation is guaranteed from a 4-20 mA control system. Each heater’s provided with secondary circuit circulating pump, expansion tank, power cabinet, control panel, high efficiency heat exchanger, certificated regulation and safety system; suitable for design temperature up to 110°C and power up to 400 kW. The product is offered in a compact mono-bloc version, easily transportable with eye bolts and steel palletized floor for safety lifting.
