These superheated water heaters regulate temperature by secondary circuit or indirect system, with the opportunity to use a classic heating mode (burner or electric resistance). They use a hot primary fluid, coming from a pipeline already available in the factory, to heat and control a secondary fluid that goes to the user machine, with the alternative possibility of heating it directly. These units are designed to regulate temperature of pasteurizers (foods and drinks), injection molding (plastic, aluminum, etc...), extrusion systems, hot press plates, rolling mill cylinders (steel, textile, plastic etc...), textile calenders, tanks, baths and many other applications. The dual power of this system allows the customer a great flexibility of using. The temperature regulation is guaranteed from a 4-20 mA control system. Each heater’s provided with secondary circuit circulating pump, pressurized expansion tank, heating elements, power cabinet, control panel, high efficiency heat exchanger or mixing group, certificated regulation and safety system; suitable for design temperature up to 200°C  and power up to 400 kW. The product is offered in a compact mono-bloc version, easily transportable with eye bolts and steel palletized floor for safety lifting.
